Who we are

One Click Process is a consulting business operating from Australia, owned and run by Peter Davidson. Contact: peterd@xtopia.com.au.

What we offer

We provide AI implementation services for established service businesses — voice agents, workflow automation, custom AI agent builds, audits, and related consulting work. Specific services are described on the Services page.

Engagements

We engage on a fixed-scope, fixed-price, fixed-timeline basis. The terms of any engagement are set out in a written proposal and statement of work signed by both parties before work begins. Those documents control the engagement, including:

• Scope — what we'll deliver
• Price — what it costs and when it's payable
• Timeline — start, milestone dates, completion
• Acceptance criteria — how we know it's done
• ROI commitments — the agreed metric and target
• Intellectual property — what we own, what you own, what's licensed
• Confidentiality — obligations on both sides

Discovery calls

The 30-minute discovery call is free and not billable. It is qualification, not a paid consultation. After the call we'll send a one-page ROI Brief and proposal within 48 hours. If you sign and pay the deposit, the engagement begins. If you don't, we wish you well and there's no obligation.

Payment

Engagement fees are invoiced per the schedule in the signed proposal — typically a deposit on signing and the balance on delivery. Payment terms are 7 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payment over 30 days may incur interest at the RBA cash rate plus 3%, applied monthly.

Outcome guarantee

If we don't hit the outcome we agreed in writing in the engagement statement of work, we keep working at no extra cost until we do. This applies to the specific metric or milestone defined in the engagement — not to outcomes that weren't named in the agreement.

Your data

We handle your data per our Privacy policy. We don't claim ownership of any business data you share with us during an engagement. Where we use external AI services to deliver work, we use enterprise-tier APIs that don't train on your data.

Intellectual property

The default position, unless varied in the signed engagement agreement:

• Workflow specifications, automations, and configurations we build for you, on your systems, are yours.
• Pre-existing methodologies, templates, code patterns, and frameworks we bring to the engagement remain ours, licensed to you for use within your business.
• Anonymised case studies (with the numbers, with or without your name) may be used in our marketing unless you specifically request otherwise. We never publish client names without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any single engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement in the 12 months preceding any claim. We don't accept liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement on 30 days written notice for any reason, or immediately for material breach. Fees for work completed up to termination are payable on the next invoice cycle.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement agreement are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Website use

The content of this website (oneclickprocess.com) is provided for informational purposes. The case studies and benchmarks reflect our experience and are not guarantees of results in your business. The "illustrative" tag indicates a case study where the numbers are real but the client identity has been anonymised.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively only — they don't alter the terms of an engagement already underway.
